Finn Mclean is a fully accredited Level 3 LTA tennis coach based in Edinburgh. He leads the junior competitive teams at Joppa Tennis Club, where six different age groups (ranging from 8U to 18U) compete in the East of Scotland Leagues. With nearly 10 years of coaching experience, Finn has gained a wealth of knowledge from various coaches throughout his career. In addition to his role at Joppa, Finn also runs Musselburgh's junior programme, jointly runs Edinburgh Tennis with Michael Millar, and serves as head coach at Heriot Watt University. Finn began playing tennis at the age of four and took his first steps in coaching at just fifteen. He has experience working with competitive junior players and adults at club level. He is the Lead Coach and Team Coordinator at Heriot Watt University, Lead Coach at Joppa Tennis Club, and Lead Junior Coach at Musselburgh Tennis Club. He is a member of the LTA's 10 & Under Performance Coach Programme and has knowledge of the US College Tennis system, having spent time abroad at Oklahoma State University.
