Coven is a curated, professional coworking community located at 13-15 Ferry Rd., Edinburgh EH6 4AD, United Kingdom. It offers flexible memberships for creatives, innovators, and entrepreneurs. The studios in the heart of Leith combine versatile, high-design workspaces with premium amenities, various breakout areas, unlimited access, and curated events to foster genuine connection and professional growth. The facility is open 24 hours, seven days a week, providing 24/7 access for all members. It boasts fast wifi (1GBPS/1000 mbps) and includes amenities like coffee machines, kitchen and bathroom facilities, and utilities with memberships. Coven offers several types of spaces: Private Studios: These are exclusive use studios with 24/7 access and lockable features. They include access to all breakout areas. Studio 13 (50ft²) is available for £350 pcm and can be shared by up to 2 members. Studio 14 (60ft²) and Studio 15 (140ft²) are currently unavailable, priced at £400 pcm (up to 2 members) and £800 pcm (up to 4 members) respectively. Bay Studios: These are also exclusive use studios with 24/7 access and include access to all breakout areas. Studios 1, 2, and 3 are each 75ft² and currently unavailable, priced at £220 pcm per studio. Coworking Desk Spaces: There are 4 exclusive use desks, with 1 currently available for £175 pcm. These also come with 24/7 access and include access to all breakout areas. Additional Amenities and Breakout Areas: Lounge: Residents and guests can enjoy a comfortable lounge area with natural light, a meeting table seating up to six, plants, magazines, coffee machines, and tea. Zoom Room: A private area for zoom calls, exclusively for resident use and included in the monthly package. It has acoustic wall panels, a one-person capacity, and is bookable in advance. Workshop: A basement workshop area with natural light and garden access, perfect for creatives who need to get their hands dirty. This is for resident use only, included in the monthly package, and bookable in advance. Green Room: Also listed as an amenity. Garden: Accessible from the workshop area.
