It is situated in a landmark building at 40 Princes Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2BY, offering excellent communication links and local amenities. The facility is wheelchair accessible and provides both parking and cycle racks. The entrance features an impressive, manned reception area with an in-house barista. The interior includes an open-plan co-working space, private offices, designated desks, and meeting rooms. Two floors are dedicated to private offices, accessible exclusively by Cubo members. The available workspaces comprise Cubo Studios (full-floor office space), Hot Desks, Private Offices, and Designated Desks, all offered on flexible terms.
