The club is hidden away on an island in the middle of the Water of Leith World Heritage site. It offers an impressive array of facilities: six squash courts, three floodlit tennis courts, three fully covered padel courts, a hardball doubles court, a first-class table tennis facility, snooker tables, a gym, a bar, a restaurant, and a barbecue area. There is also a pro shop on-site selling rackets, balls, and accessories, with ESC members receiving 10% off all shop items. The club has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible.
