The club boasts extensive facilities including six squash courts (one of which is a hardball doubles court), three floodlit tennis courts, three brand new fully covered floodlit padel courts, and a first-class table tennis facility. Additionally, it features a gym, snooker facilities, a bar, a restaurant, and a barbecue area. The club is wheelchair accessible and provides restrooms. Edinburgh Sports Club operates as a family-oriented members club that welcomes everyone.
