It operates as a coworking space (Hive Spaces) during the day, an underground event venue in the evenings and on weekends, and houses a private athletic studio called Yard Athletic. The venue is a basement building accessed from Jamaica Street, following signage through the main doors. The core of Jamaica Yard is its aesthetic design, tactile details, and unique products. Considered design features, architectural details, and versatile spaces are tailored to different modes of productivity and social gatherings. The following spaces are available: Common Room & Coffee Bar, The White Space, The Green Room, The Vaults, and Yard Athletic. Coworking (Hive Spaces) exists in the gap between a social hub and a private office space, with a relaxed atmosphere welcoming people from various creative industries.
