Mavi Studios is a creative co-working and studio space located at 8 Shore, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 6QN, United Kingdom. It sits right in the heart of Edinburgh's creative community, with large windows looking onto the River Leith. The space is designed for creative professionals – producers, copywriters, editors, designers, and all disciplines are welcome to join the collective. The co-working area features dedicated electric sit/stand desks with power blocks, and the entire space is equipped with ultrafast 1Gbit internet with WiFi 6 connectivity (ethernet also available). All electricity is from 100% renewable sources, and water and business rates are included. A bean-to-cup coffee machine serves wholebean coffee, and there is a selection of teas and milk. The premises are secure and monitored with an alarmed system. Professional cleaning takes place twice weekly. Access is 24/7 for members. For commuting, Leith is well connected via bus, tram, and cycle routes, and there is access to a bookable car parking pass (shared calendar).
